At First Baptist, children are the most precious gift that God has given us.  Here are the ministries that we offer each Sunday morning for them and their families.

Sunday School  9:45 a.m.

Bring your children to Sunday school, the best hour of a child’s week!
Classes are available for all ages. We are waiting to welcome your child with open arms!
Our Sunday School hour runs from 9:45 – 10:45 a.m.
No week is complete without it!

KIDZ QUEST 11:00 a.m.

Immediately following Sunday school, children kindergarten through 5th grade go to the KIDZ QUEST room where they spend time worshiping God through music, prayer, and activities geared specifically for them. The children are also served a delicious lunch every week.  What a treat!  Our souls and our tummies get filled!

Preschool Extended Session 11:00 a.m.

While parents are in the Worship Service, babies through 5-year-olds are invited to stay in the nursery/preschool area under the care of our fantastic volunteers.  Through our check-in system, you can rest assured that you will be notified on the sanctuary screens if your child needs you during the worship service.

The Weekday Preschool program exists as a community outreach ministry of First Baptist Church for all children two through four years of age.

We are proud to offer a developmental program with activities planned so that children are provided hands-on concrete learning experiences; whereby they play, work, and are taught through the five senses according to their own unique abilities to help them develop spiritually, physically, intellectually, emotionally, socially, and to be creative.

We seek to teach and model Christian principals and the instruction of God’s word through chapel each week, through Bible stories, songs, and verses.
